ABC, ESPN & ESPN2 to Air 2020 EUROs

The UEFA European Football Championship (EURO) 2020 will be televised in the U.S. across ABC, ESPN and ESPN2.

Coverage will commence on Friday, June 12, with the opening match in Rome, and culminate with the final on Sunday, July 12, at the historic Wembley Stadium in London. ABC will broadcast five matches, ESPN will televise 39 UEFA EURO 2020 matches and ESPN2 will air six. The matches will be streamed live on both the ESPN and ABC apps. ESPN match telecasts for the UEFA European Football Championship will include pregame, halftime and postgame studio segments.

The UEFA EURO 2020 teams currently include Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and Wales. The remaining four teams will qualify via single-elimination playoff games in March 2020. The 16 playoff teams are Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Northern Ireland, Norway, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Scotland, Serbia and Slovakia.
