Nat Geo Unveils Cast for Saints & Strangers

WASHINGTON, D.C.: National Geographic Channel (NGC) has revealed the cast for Saints & Strangers, a four-hour TV movie event directed by Paul Edwards and produced by Sony Pictures Television with Little Engine Productions.

Saints & Strangers tells the story of the first European settlers at Plymouth and their interactions with Native Americans. The cast will be comprised of Anna Camp (Pitch Perfect), Michael Jibson (Hatfields & McCoys), Vincent Kartheiser (Mad Men), Ron Livingston (Band of Brothers), Natascha McElhone (Californication), Tatanka Means (Banshee), Brían F. O'Byrne (Aquarius), Kalani Queypo (The New World), Barry Sloane (Revenge), Ray Stevenson (Divergent) and Raoul Trujillo (Apocalypto). The film is slated to begin principal photography this month in South Africa.

"I am incredibly excited by the talented ensemble that we have assembled for this movie," said Tim Pastore, NGC's president of original programming and production. "Under Paul's direction, and with the powerful script we have from Eric Overmyer and Seth Fisher, I cannot wait to see what this cast can do."
