Z Living is premiering the docusoap Yoga Girls from Charlie Ebersol’s The Company later next month.

Yoga Girls follows an elite group of yoga instructors on the “Westside,” Los Angeles’s new yoga scene. The instructors compete to build their clientele, leverage their growing popularity and fame, and champion different yoga practices. The series will debut on the cable network on Sunday, September 24, at 8 p.m. The show will feature yoga instructors Caley Joyner, Elise Joan, Jackie Smyth, Koya Webb, Sophie Jaffe, Calvin Corzine, Jesse Schein, Vytas Baskauskas and Sadie Nardini.

Yoga Girls is produced by The Company, with showrunner Andrew Perry, Ebersol, Mike Lanigan and Tony Testa serving as executive producers. Ross Breitenbach for BC+M and Tim Krubsack for Z Living also executive produce.

Krubsack, Z Living’s executive VP and head of programming, said, “The magnetism of these characters, and the disruption caused by such strong personalities in this tight-knit yoga community, are really going to surprise and fascinate viewers. While the cast continues to explore enlightenment of mind and body, their ambitions spark plenty of drama, making Yoga Girls a great example of Z Living’s ability to stretch the boundaries of health and entertainment.”

“The yoga scene in L.A. has quickly become a subculture of savvy entrepreneurs who are cultivating their own careers by the power of social media and veritable hustle,” said Ebersol, the chairman and founder of The Company. “Yoga Girls continues The Company’s tradition of celebrating those who put it all on the line to realize their dreams, no matter how much blood, sweat and frenemies it takes.”
