True Crime Commissions Murder in Mind

True Crime, AMC Networks International’s U.K. true-crime channel, has commissioned Murder in Mind from Back2Back, in association with FilmRise and Blue Ant Studios.

The ten-part series will examine real murder cases from the U.K. and the U.S., with criminal psychologists Dr. Julia Shaw and Kerry Daynes providing analysis of the killers’ mindsets and the external factors that may have contributed to their actions.

FilmRise holds the exclusive rights to the series in North America, while Blue Ant Studios is overseeing global licensing and distribution outside of the commissioning territories.

The series is set to debut later this year on October 5 on True Crime in the U.K.
