Sky Vision has inked a deal for the fourth season of BattleBots, which the company is set to represent in all territories outside of the U.S.

The robot fighting series—which airs on ABC, Discovery and Science Channel in the U.S.—sees machines built by enthusiastic amateurs battle it out in a knockout tournament until one champion wins the coveted Giant Nut. The 2019 season of BattleBots premieres in the U.S. on Discovery on June 7 and Science Channel on June 12.

Sky Vision has been lining up international deals for the first three seasons of BattleBots over the last three years, selling them to broadcasters in more than 150 territories, including Germany, France, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Turkey, Canada, Australia, Thailand, Latin America and Asia.

Barnaby Shingleton, director of entertainment and factual at Sky Vision, said: “The BattleBots series have been huge hits internationally, with audiences all over the world hooked on the action of the world’s largest robot fighting competition. This time we’re able to offer an even longer series of 30 hours for loyal fans across the globe.”
