REELZ has picked up a fourth season comprising 90 new episodes of the live docuseries On Patrol: Live, extending the show’s run through January 2026.

Produced by Half Moon Pictures and hosted by Dan Abrams, the series follows 50-plus cameras in regions across the U.S. to capture the nightly work of law enforcement officers. The series expands its footprint on January 31 when it adds the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to its roster.

The series also follows the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office (South Carolina), Clayton County Sheriff’s Office (Georgia), Daytona Beach Police Department (Florida), Hazen Police Department (Arizona), Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office (California), Knox County Sheriff’s Office (Tennessee), Monroe Police Department (Louisiana) and Richland County Sheriff’s Department (South Carolina).

On Patrol: Live airs live every Friday and Saturday night from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. on REELZ. On Patrol: First Shift airs prior to each live episode at 8 p.m. ET, providing updates and perspective on previous episodes.

Captain Tom Rizzo, with the Howell Township Police Department in New Jersey, has joined the show as a full-time analyst. He has spent over 20 years in law enforcement and was inducted into the National Law Enforcement Officer Hall of Fame in April.

On Patrol: Live continues to defy expectations with an appeal that just keeps growing,” said REELZ CEO Stan E. Hubbard. “From fans that have made OPL appointment viewing to our dedicated #OPNation community, the show has lifted REELZ at a time when all of television is undergoing unprecedented change. We are proud to continue bringing this incredible live series to our loyal viewers every Friday and Saturday night.”

Abrams commented, “It is so gratifying to be part of On Patrol: Live and to show audiences all over the country, in real time, the work that officers do and the risks they take in serving their communities. I think we are seeing a renewed appreciation for local law enforcement, and it’s great that OPL can show the complexity of the job—whether it’s intense or difficult encounters, quirky interactions or officers just helping out in unexpected ways. We don’t know what any given Friday or Saturday night will bring, and we’re thrilled to have our committed viewers along for the ride.”
