Malika the Lion Queen Doc Set for FOX, Tubi

Malika the Lion Queen, a new two-hour wildlife documentary narrated by Angela Bassett, is slated to premiere on FOX next month.

Following the lionesses of a powerful pride in South Africa’s Kruger National Park, the special takes viewers through the exhilarating and harrowing life of Malika. Malika the Lion Queen offers an educational exploration about the queens and leaders in the lion kingdom. It will air on FOX on April 4, and will become available on the Tubi streaming platform beginning April 18.

Malika the Lion Queen is produced by Plimsoll Productions. Tom Hugh-Jones, Martha Holmes and Grant Mansfield serve as executive producers.
