TVF International Inks Deals Across Benelux

TVF International has secured a number of deals across Benelux, including selling a raft of aerial titles to National Geographic.

Nat Geo licensed the latest installment of The World From Above. The broadcaster also took Australia From Above, which has five episodes, as well as the 52-minute titles UAE From Above and Oman From Above.

In the Netherlands and Luxembourg, TVF closed deals with RTL for the BBC factual entertainment series Secrets of the Aquarium, which follows the lives of keepers and creatures in the U.K.’s largest aquarium. RTL also licensed Super Tunnel.

Elsewhere, Belgian public broadcaster VRT licensed a trilogy of taboo-busting documentaries: The Pill Revolution; Sex, Mind and the Menopause; and Sex, Myths and the Menopause. The pubcaster also took Castro’s Spies.

DPG MEDIA acquired a number of investigative documentaries from TVF International, including The Bitcoin Kid: Inside a Crypto-Heist and revenge porn documentary You’ve Been Posted. The broadcaster also licensed The Truth about Mukbang, which investigates the benefits and dangers of this viral overeating phenomenon.

In the Netherlands, pubcaster NPO 2 Extra licensed Brilliant Ideas, which features prominent artists. The channel also picked up a selection of episodes from the short form travel series Little Big World.
