Love Nature 4K Expands Turkish Footprint

Love Nature 4K has launched its premium natural-history channel on the Turkish pay-TV platform D-Smart.

Subscribers in Turkey and Northern Cyprus now have access to Love Nature 4K’s library of original programming, which includes hundreds of hours of natural-history content in 4K and HD. The channel is fully localized in the Turkish language, available on the platform’s direct-to-home service in HD, and will soon be available on its OTT service D-Smart Go in 4K.

The launch on D-Smart expands the channel’s reach in Turkey, where it is also available on the pay-TV platform Turkcell in 4K and HD on IPTV and OTT.

Programming highlights on Love Nature 4K include Great Blue Wild, which showcases the adventures of the world’s greatest dive shops as they encounter massive humpbacks, manta rays, schools of fish and menacing sharks; Dogs with Extraordinary Jobs, an original Love Nature commission that follows a group of dogs whose natural abilities are being harnessed for good; America’s Wild Seasons, a landmark docuseries that captures the seasons of America’s diverse landscapes over the course of a full year; and Monkey Island, which shares the story of an ancient citadel, once home to Sri Lanka royalty, now reclaimed by the jungle with a new dynasty in power—monkeys.
