Hit + Run Ups Becca Mondshein

Multiplatform production company Hit + Run has promoted Becca Mondshein to director of development.

Mondshein, who has been with the company since 2019, has been instrumental in creating content such as Swap Shop (Netflix), Pop Goes the Vet with Dr. Joya (Nat Geo WILD), Appetite for Adventure (National Geographic) and In My Own World (Vice TV).

Prior to joining the company, Mondshein worked as a producer for Senior Post, earning credits on Random Acts of Flyness (HBO) and Ramy (Hulu). She has also held roles at Discovery and Optomen Productions, where she developed programming for Discovery, MTV, Destination America, HGTV, Investigation Discovery and Travel Channel.

As Hit + Run’s director of development, Mondshein will report directly to Noah Korn, VP of development.

“Becca has a sharp understanding of content development and has played a significant role in helping to expand our portfolio since she joined the company,” said Rob Shaftel, founder and executive producer of Hit + Run. “Her creativity and strong understanding of the marketplace will no doubt continue to propel our business forward even further.”
