Rive Gauche Television has acquired the international distribution rights to Travel Channel’s I Saw the Unknown, a paranormal series produced by Hit + Run.

In I Saw the Unknown, people recount how they lived through unexplained paranormal experiences. The series’ viewers are given a glimpse into what it would have been like to experience the frightening phenomena first hand.

Jon Kramer, CEO of Rive Gauche, said: “We have been looking for a strong paranormal series and Rob Shaftel at Hit + Run, who also produced three seasons of I Was Prey for Animal Planet, has provided us just that with I Saw the Unknown. We are very excited to be adding this riveting series to our strong MIPCOM lineup. We feel I Saw the Unknown will be just as impactful as Something’s Killing Me, My Misdiagnosis and Very Scary People have been for us.”
