Federation Entertainment Launches Doc Unit with Football Series

Federation Entertainment has launched its documentary department with the rollout of the football-themed docuseries Les Bleus 2018, Au Cœur de l’Épopée Russe for TF1 in France and Amazon Prime Video worldwide.

Federation Entertainment and Yvette Production entered into an exclusive partnership with the French Football Federation to co-produce the docuseries last spring. Les Bleus 2018, Au Cœur de l’Épopée Russe provides insight into the preparation for the 2018 World Football championship.

The program was broadcast in its full two-hour version last night on TF1. It will also be available to stream via Amazon Prime Video France in a 4×30-minute version. The streaming platform acquired second-window rights in France from July 20 and first-window rights in the rest of the world. The show will be available to stream internationally starting October 1, except in Brazil, where it will be released on January 1, 2019. The documentary is directed by Emmanuel Le Ber and Théo Schuster, who lived with the French football team for more than two months.
