Amazon Prime Sets New Italian Original

Amazon Prime Video is set to release its new show The Ferragnez—The Series, following an Italian influencer couple, in December.

Produced by Banijay Italia and Amazon Studios, the eight-part series centers on Chiara Ferragni, a digital entrepreneur and fashion influencer with 24 million Instagram followers, and Fedez, an artist with more than 60 platinum records. The Ferragnez—The Series will give fans access to their lives behind social media.

Filmed throughout late 2020 and early 2021, The Ferragnez—The Series follows the couple’s hectic life from welcoming a new baby to Fedez’s first performance at the Sanremo Music Festival. It will launch exclusively on Prime Video in 240 countries and territories worldwide in December.

Ferragni and Fedez said: “The last year has been full of emotions in both our professional and personal lives. This past year saw the Ambrogino d’Oro award, the Sanremo Music Festival, Vittoria’s birth, the start of the pandemic, which, like for everyone, is continuing to impact our daily lives.
