eOne Ups Tara Long to President of Global Unscripted TV

Tara Long has been promoted to the post of president of global unscripted television at Entertainment One (eOne).

Long joined eOne in 2012 to launch the company’s U.S. unscripted business, and has shepherded such series as WE tv’s Growing Up Hip Hop franchise and Mary Mary; MTV’s Ex On the Beach and Siesta Key; E!’s LadyGang; BET’s Hustle in Brooklyn, Death Row Chronicles and Emmy-nominated LA Burning: The Riots 25 Years Later; A&E’s Biggie: The Life of Notorious B.I.G.; and GSN’s America Says.

Under Long, eOne’s current unscripted partner network includes production companies Creature Films, Purveyors of POP, Marwar Junction Productions, Crush+Lab and Fired Up Films, as well as David Ayer, will.i.am, Drake, Jermaine Dupri, Vivica A. Fox, Tommy Mottola, Master P. and Nelly.
