Discovery Offers Inside Look at Olympics Opening Ceremony

Discovery is giving viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the opening ceremony of the 2022 Olympic Winter Games in Beijing in Behind the Opening Ceremony: The Director’s Cut.

In the two-part feature, co-produced by Discovery and BRTV, the three years of work behind the opening ceremony is told through the eyes of several key figures, centered around personal interviews with Director Zhang Yimou.

On February 19, Behind the Opening Ceremony: The Director’s Cut is set to debut on Discovery Channel in South East Asia, India and Japan and discovery+ in India and the Philippines. The next day, the program will air on Discovery Channel in Korea.
