Apple TV+ Reveals New True-Crime Series

Apple TV+ is slated to debut The Big Conn, a new true-crime series from Emmy Award-nominated filmmakers James Lee Hernandez and Brian Lazarte, on May 5.

The four-part docuseries tells the true story of the attorney who defrauded the U.S. government over half a billion dollars in the largest Social Security fraud case in history. The series is accompanied by a podcast of the same name, also set to release on May 5.

The Big Conn podcast will further explore Eric C. Conn’s con and lifestyle with additional interviews and behind-the-scenes details.

The series is produced by FunMeter (McMillion$), with Hernandez, Lazarte and Peter King serving as executive producers. Co-executive producers are Matt Kaye and Shannon Pence.
