Chelsey Stephens Unveils Own Company, Inks Deal with ITV America

Unscripted casting executive and producer Chelsey Stephens has launched her own development and casting company, Chelsey Creative, and inked a first-look deal with ITV America.

Stephens, previously senior VP of talent and development at Truly Original, served as head of original casting on hits such as The Real Housewives of Potomac, The Real Housewives of Dubai, Winter House and Family Karma.

Through the first-look deal with ITV America, Stephens will work directly with Adam Sher, president of ITV America, and Danielle Gervais, executive VP of casting and talent, on all Chelsey Creative development and production. The focus will remain on talent-led series within a variety of unscripted genres.
