Boat Rocker Rights will also distribute factual and lifestyle titles such as Sheltered, All for Nothing, Weekend Reno, The Real Estate Adventures of Sandy & Maryse, The Restaurant Adventures of Caroline & Dave, Gourds, Guts & Glory, Lofty Ideas, Design U, Broken House Chronicles, Be Real, and Me, My House and I.

“For almost two decades, Tim Alp and Mountain Road have been consistently producing high-end, factual and lifestyle programming that has successfully sold all across the globe,” said Jon Rutherford, the president of distribution at Boat Rocker Rights. “We are excited to bring their premium content into the Boat Rocker catalog, and look forward to representing their new properties moving forward.”

Tim Alp, the president of Mountain Road Productions, added: “Through Temple Street, they built an amazingly creative and innovative production company and have continued that with their expansion under Boat Rocker Media.
