eOne Invests in Naked & Afraid Producer Renegade 83

LOS ANGELES: Entertainment One (eOne) has acquired a 65 percent interest in the unscripted production company Renegade 83, which is behind such hit shows as Naked & Afraid and Blind Date.

Renegade 83 was launched in 1994 by David Garfinkle and Jay Renfroe. They continue to lead the company as co-presidents and CEOs. Renegade 83 will continue to focus on creating programming for broadcast networks, cable and first-run syndication, which eOne will manage and control globally.
