Quintus Closes Deals on Factual Titles from Maximus Film, WeltN24

A number of sales have been secured by Quintus Media for factual programs produced by Maximus Film and WeltN24, including landing deals with Swiss broadcaster SRF and New Zealand’s Mediaworks.

SRF picked up several titles from Quintus Media’s portfolio such as The Rise of Drones, The Digital Globe and Wales in Danger, all produced by Berlin-based WeltN24.

Through a deal brokered by Parade Media, Mediaworks scooped up Giant Hubs, Ultimate Vehicles, Mega Pit Stops and Mega Transports, produced by German factual specialist Maximus Film, as well as Exceptional Engineering and Rocket Science: The Success Story of Ariane 5, produced by WeltN24.

Quintus also did a licensing deal with AK Entertainment in South Korea for the documentary series Spacetime, produced by WeltN24. AK Entertainment picked up three seasons of the science series, totaling 18 episodes.
