SPI Launches Channels in Lebanon

SPI International/FILMBOX has inked a distribution agreement with LNB in Lebanon to carry serveral of its thematic channels, thereby expanding its footprint in MENA.

SPI’s FightBox HD, DocuBox HD, Fast&FunBox HD, FilmBox Art House, Gametoon HD, FunBox UHD, FilmBox and FashionBox HD are among the channels covered in the deal. This portfolio of channels offers viewers a mix of sports, documentary, film, gaming and fashion programming.

“Since August 2017, the mission of LNB is to unify all wired cable operators under one platform and acquire copyrights for them,” said Fadel Hodroj, the general manager and CEO of LNB. “I am extremely pleased that we have established an exclusive deal with prestigious SPI International for the distribution of the popular FilmBox channels on all platforms for the territory of Lebanon.
