ISTANBUL: The pan-regional Middle Eastern broadcaster MBC has acquired the lifestyle show Celebrity Style Story from World Wide Entertainment.

The series is produced by Canada's Thunderbirds Films. Each episode features the story of one celebrity's style evolution, showcasing the highs and lows of how their career affected their look. The show features archival celebrity interview clips, red carpet footage and photos, as well as a panel of expert hair stylists, makeup artists, fashion stylists, designers and fashion journalists.

Izzet Pinto, the managing director of World Wide Entertainment, said: “Lifestyle and entertainment shows are hugely popular in the region and we expect MBC’s audiences will love watching well-known faces’ style evolution. In addition to the deal, I’d like to announce that World Wide Entertainment is staying firmly in factual entertainment, reality (finished content), documentary and lifestyle content only. As our parent company, Global Agency has now started to distribute all the current formats of World Wide Entertainment. We believe in making sure that stick to what we know best.”
