Insight TV Grows Reach in LatAm


Insight TV has expanded its sales efforts into Latin America with the appointment of two LatAm sales agents, Raquel Yepes and 2BE NAMED Strategic Partners.

In her new role, Yepes will oversee content sales for Insight TV in the region. Meanwhile, Marco Ibarra and Edgar Spielmann, co-founders of 2BE NAMED, will lead their team to drive linear and digital channel distribution efforts for the company. Yepes and 2BE NAMED will report to Marco Frazier, senior VP of Insight TV Studios US.

Before joining Insight TV, Yepes served as a consultant to the London-based company TRX–The Rights Exchange, where she was responsible for acquiring content for the TRX online marketplace serving the LatAm and U.S. Hispanic markets. 2BE NAMED Strategic Partners is a LatAm-focused company that launched in 2019 to increase value to the media industry via the distribution of unique content, end-to-end user relationship solutions and consultancy.

Frazier said: “Since launching Insight TV Studios US last fall, we have been focused on expanding our footprint both in the U.S. and Canada. As a natural extension of our expansion efforts in North America, we have enlisted Raquel and Marco, Edgar and their team at 2BE NAMED to introduce Insight TV to the Latin American market. Their considerable experience and expertise working with media platforms and programmers in the market will be key to helping us achieve our aggressive sales goals in the region.”
