FOX Sports Latin America to Air NFL Thursday Night Football

BUENOS AIRES: FOX Sports Latin America has added to its schedule the NFL Thursday Night Football package, to be accompanied by the original production Impacto NFL before and after the live games.

This marks the first time that the NFL Thursday Night Football package will be broadcast in Spanish in the region. The live coverage starts September 17. The broadcasts will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the Impacto NFL pre-game, followed by the live match at 7 p.m., then a post-game after show.

Francisco Pazmiño, the senior VP of programming and acquisitions for FOX Sports Latin America, said: “We are very pleased that the NFL has chosen FOX Sports as a broadcaster of NFL Thursday Night Football in Mexico and Central America. FOX Sports is one the NFL’s biggest strategic partner[s] around the world, and in Latin America we are at the forefront in terms of the volume of live NFL broadcasts available to NFL fans. This historic agreement will allow FOX Sports to strengthen even more its NFL content offerings as we position ourselves as the preferred destination for NFL’s die-hard football fans throughout Mexico and Central America.”
