The 25th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, the first film from the movie franchise, will be celebrated across all business divisions throughout 2026. The celebration will include curated anniversary products, global theatrical re-releases and year-round celebrations, including Butterbeer Season from March to May, Harry Potter’s Birthday in July, Back to Hogwarts from August to September and Christmas. There are also plans to engage fans ahead of the release of the HBO original TV show.

WBDGCP will also be promoting various DC titles following the success of Superman at the box office. Among the recent and upcoming titles from DC Studios are Peacemaker, which returned for a second season on August 21; Supergirl, coming in July 2026; Clayface, set to debut in 2026; and Lanterns, from HBO, DC Studios and Warner Bros. Television. Batman also continues to take center stage, with licensing and retail activity picking up for the upcoming second season of Batman: Caped Crusader. The preschool series Batwheels continues to gain traction as well, following the third season being greenlit in late 2024.
