Studio 100 Signs VOD, Home Video Deal for Heidi

CANNES: Studio 100 Media has finalized a home video and VOD deal with Svensk Filmindustri for the revived CGI series Heidi.

The new pact gives Svensk Filmindustri the exclusive home video rights for the Nordic countries Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Iceland. The DVD/TVOD/EST release is scheduled for September. The SVOD release on SF Kids Play will follow in summer 2017.

Studio 100’s new Heidi series is already airing in Scandinavia on NRK Super in Norway and on MTV3’s kids’ channel Juniori in Finland and will go on air in Sweden later this year on SVT Barnkanlen.
