Hidden Pigeon Inks New Licensing Deals for Mo Willems Characters

Hidden Pigeon Company (HPC) has secured 22 new licensees and contract renewals for Mo Willems character brands across products, experiences and live events for the U.S. and Canada.

Among the new partners, Foco (Forever Collectibles) will introduce MLB co-branded plushes, bobbleheads, ornaments, bags and bracelets/wristbands for The Pigeon and Elephant & Piggie. HPC has renewed its existing agreements with New Era Cap for co-branded MLB caps for the New York Yankees, Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago Cubs, Kansas City Royals and more, as well as with OT Sports for co-branded MLB apparel for the Yankees and Royals.

The New Era Cap and OT Sports products will feature The Pigeon and Elephant & Piggie. Hidden Pigeon has also renewed its existing relationship with the New York Yankees for more themed games and promotional products for The Pigeon and Elephant & Piggie. The company has inked a new deal directly with the Kansas City Royals for themed games and bobbleheads for The Pigeon.

Other new partners include Berkshire Fashions for kids’ cold weather products, headwear, hosiery sets, lanyards, rainwear, umbrellas and zipper pulls; CAMP for character meet-and-greets for Elephant & Piggie; Centric Brands for sleepwear and accessories; Changes for apparel and accessories, including adult T-shirts, sweatshirts, tank tops, sports jerseys and more; and Cottage Door Press for a Luna Storytime Projector fo Unlimited Squirrels.

Hidden Pigeon has also signed deals with CreateOn for magnetic construction toys, First Stage for live events, including an upcoming holiday musical featuring The Pigeon; Franco Manufacturing for kids’ bedding, room decor, bath, beach, kitchen and rugs; Party Kandy for party sets; Playper for paper-based construction toys; and Tonies for audio recordings with figural toppers, with Knuffle Bunny newly added.

The company has renewed its partnerships with Berkshire Blankets for more kids’ blankets and throws; Demco for library and school supplies; Out-of-Print for apparel and gift items; and YOTTOY for plush, wood and novelty toys for The Pigeon, Elephant & Piggie and Knuffle Bunny, as well as for Unlimited Squirrels and Leonardo, the Terrible Monster.
