JAM Media has appointed Rockpool Licensing to represent its preschool brand Becca’s Bunch in both the U.K. and Ireland.
Becca’s Bunch follows the adventures of the titular bird and her friends in Wagtail Woods. The show premiered on Nick Jr. last summer and will launch on Milkshake! later this year. JAKKS Pacific serves as the brand’s toy partner, while its master publishers are Egmont and Candlewick Press. Rockpool aims to expand the brand into such categories as apparel, bedding, homewares, stationery, greetings and gifting.
Vickie O’Malley, managing director of Rockpool, said: “I fell in love with Becca and her quirky group of friends as soon as I saw them. With great series awareness already, I’m delighted to be working on the brand in this next phase of its development and am looking forward to securing new licensing partners who can share in Becca’s quest to have the ‘best day ever’!”
