Hopster Pacts with Cox Communications

Hopster, an educational and entertainment digital platform for preschoolers, has inked an agreement with Cox Communications to make the service available to Cox Contour customers.

Per the deal, customers will have access to hundreds of Hopster’s educational preschool shows, video books and music videos that are built around a worldwide early-years curriculum. Hopster features content that has been selected by experts and leading academics in childhood education and cognitive development, including family-favorite classics and independent, inclusive and diverse shows from around the world.

Among the programs on offer are the science-learning Earth to Luna, numeracy-focused Numberblocks as well as Fireman Sam and Cloudbabies. Hopster Studios’ original content includes the Grimm’s Fairy Tales series Two Minute Tales, empathy-focused Saturday Club, hygiene-focused shorts Goodbye Germs and song-centered Hopster Jam. Punky, a show that is centered around a girl with down syndrome and sign-language show Signed Stories, African Nursery Rhymes are also available, as are video books such as Henny Penny and Little Princess, nursery rhymes, bedtime lullabies and learning songs.
