Cartoon Network Hindi Now Available in MENA

DUBAI: Turner has launched Cartoon Network Hindi, the first Hindi channel for South Asian children living in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

Cartoon Network Hindi is geared toward young viewers between the ages of 4 and 14. The new channel, which is available in Hindi only, will feature such popular Cartoon Network originals as Ben 10, The Powerpuff Girls, The Amazing World of Gumball and Adventure Time, as well as Indian-produced animated series that also air on Turner Channels in India. Cartoon Network Hindi will be offered as a pay-TV channel on beIN and on E-Vision in the UAE.

Tarek Mounir, Turner’s VP and general manager for MENA, Turkey, Greece and Cyprus, commented: “The launch of Cartoon Network Hindi continues to build on our popularity and position as one of the leading dedicated kids’ channels in MENA.
