Amazon Prime Video Launches Kids’ Content Initiative

Amazon has made a selection of kids’ and family content available for free to watch on Prime Video for all Amazon customers as people around the world are spending more time at home due to the coronavirus.

The initiative includes Amazon Original kids’ and family shows as well as select third-party family movies and TV series licensed in cooperation with the company’s studio partners. To access the free kids’ and family content on Prime Video, viewers only need to set up an Amazon account. A Prime membership is not required.

Amazon is also exploring opportunities to make a wider selection of content available for customers that can be viewed through the Prime Video app, which is free to download on compatible smart TVs, mobile devices, Fire TV, Fire TV stick, Fire tablets, Apple TV, game consoles, Chromecast or via PrimeVideo.com.
