Madgic Distribution Sends The Inbestigators to France

France Télévisions has picked up The Inbestigators from Madgic Distribution, which represents the Australian Children’s Television Foundation’s catalog in French-speaking EMEA territories.

“We love the camaraderie between the disparate group of friends in The Inbestigators,” said Claire Heinrich, head of acquisitions for the children and youth department at France Télévisions. “By setting up their detective agency together, they learn how to work together and build their friendship group. We know that children in France will want to be part of the gang and are delighted with this fun and sparkling new addition to Okoo’s fiction catalog, no later than from March.”

“The Inbestigators is a fun, original series which has children at the center of the action, exploring crimes and learning about teamwork and friendship,” commented Lionel Marty, managing director of Madgic Distribution. “We’re proud to be partnering with the ACTF to bring its great programming to a French audience.”

Bernadette O’Mahony, head of content at the ACTF, added, “The Inbestigators is a ground-breaking procedural comedy for kids, a funny and unique take on the mystery genre. It has been a huge hit right across the world, and I know children watching France Télévisions are going to fall in love with Maudie, Ezra, Ava and Kyle and the outrageous mysteries they solve together.”
