Mondo TV Studios Inks Deal with BandPlay

Mondo TV Studios has signed a deal with BandPlay, the streaming platform of the TV channel Rede Bandeirantes, to bring its content to Brazilian viewers.

Included in the deal is Mondo TV’s first live-action show, the teen comedy Heidi, Bienvenida a Casa. The series follows the adventures of a happy, carefree girl who leaves her mountain home to live in the big city.

A variety of animated TV movies from Mondo TV’s library will also become available on the Brazilian streamer.

Heidi, Bienvenida a Casa, written by author Marcela Citterio and produced by Mondo TV Iberoamerica along with Alianzas Produccione, has found previous success throughout Latin America, Italy, Russia and Israel. A second series, Heidi, Bienvenida al Show, has also launched on a number of free-to-air platforms and streaming services.
