Remastered Garfield and Friends Set for Boomerang

U.S. SVOD service Boomerang is slated to launch the remastered classic animated series Garfield and Friends, from the 9 Story Distribution International catalog.

Produced from 1988 to 1995, Garfield and Friends is based on the popular comic strip created by Jim Davis. The first 30 episodes, which were restored in 4K, will become available for streaming on Boomerang next month.

9 Story acquired the 121×30-minute classic series in 2016 and has recently remastered the content into high-definition format.
