BBC Studios has secured a deal that will see the guessing-game format This is MY House debut in the Netherlands.

In the six-part Dutch adaptation, known locally as Dit is mijn huis, four people all claim to be the same person and that “this is my house.” A panel of celebrities—actress Ilse Warringa, comedian Klaas van der Eerden, TV host Olcay Gulsen and actor/comedian Richard Groenendijk—are tasked with deciphering which one is telling the truth.

Hosted by Kees Tol, the Dutch edition of This is MY House is produced locally by Blue Circle. The series will air on SBS6 from March 9.

This is MY House has been commissioned in the U.K. for an extended second season on BBC One this year. Talpa Network secured the first international format license to adapt the entertainment series for the Dutch audience. The format was originally created by Richard Bacon and Nick Weidenfel and produced by Expectation in the U.K. for BBC One.

André Renaud, senior VP of global format sales at BBC Studios, said: “What is great about this format is how the whole household can play along together to try and determine the real homeowner, or viewers can have fun just sitting back and watching the celebrity panel blunder or triumph in their choices. My friends and I loved playing along when the series aired in the U.K. to try and guess who the real homeowner was, and I thoroughly expect this new Dutch version will spark the same debate for viewers when it airs on SBS6.”
