BBC Studios Entertainment and Music has been commissioned by the BBC to make a brand-new game show, aiming to raise funds for BBC’s Children in Need.

Game to Give (w.t.) is set to come live from Confetti X, a state-of-the-art esports arena in Nottingham, on November 10. Live on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer, a host of celebrities, content creators, influencers and gamers are to challenge one another in a two-hour fundraising spectacle.

Viewers will be able to donate through text, a prize draw and through charity streams run by online creators. The show will also see all the backstage action live-streamed as Children in Need partners with TikTok.

Pete Ogden, creative director of Entertainment North at BBC Studios, said: “Game to Give is a brand-new and exciting initiative to add to the BBC Children in Need TV portfolio. It’ll be live, loud and potentially a little manic, but most importantly it will raise vital funds. We know that the gaming community is filled with people dedicated to using their platforms to give back, so we’re thrilled to bring this to the BBC Three and BBC iPlayer audience.”
