Romain Bessi has been appointed CEO of Newen Studios, effective January 31, succeeding Bibiane Godfroid.

Bibiane Godfroid, president of Newen, has joined Benoît Thevenet, deputy CEO of 17 Juin Média Group, as part of Newen's executive committee, among other appointments.

The TF1 group has finalized the acquisition of the remaining 30 percent stake in the Newen Studios group, giving it 100 percent ownership, with Bibiane Godfroid appointed as chairwoman of Newen Studios, replacing Fabrice Larue.
