PARIS: Rod Henwood, the CEO for the U.K., Belgium and the Netherlands at the Banijay Group, is planning to step down from his post later this year.

MILAN: Banijay Group has taken a minority stake in the Italian production company DRY (Don’t Repeat Yourself), which was set up by Fabrizio Ievolella, Danila Battaglini, Francesco Lauber and Leopoldo Gasparotto.

LONDON: Zodiak Rights, which is now part of the Banijay Group, has secured a first-look finance and distribution deal with Arise Pictures, which has a slate that spans across drama, action and family entertainment.
