COO Role for Zodiak’s Laurent Boissel

LONDON/PARIS: Laurent Boissel, the CFO of Zodiak Media, is adding the role of COO to his remit, following Johnny Slow’s move to Zodiak Americas.

Slow, formerly Zodiak’s COO, was recently named CEO of Los Angeles-based Zodiak Americas. Boissel in his new role continues to report to CEO David Frank. As part of the management reshuffle, corporate development VPs Roisin Thomas and Jana Bakunina have new roles: Thomas as chief of staff, reporting to Frank, and Bakunina as VP of corporate finance, reporting to Boissel.

"His knowledge and experience of this group makes him the perfect candidate for this role. Laurent and I have established a great understanding since I became CEO in 2010 and I am very confident that we can work together as a team to continue to build the Zodiak group.”
