Heart of Europe Forum Returning in September

TVP will once again host the Heart of Europe Forum, aimed at creatives from Central and Eastern Europe, as part of the third Heart of Europe International TV Festival.

Taking place September 25 to 28 in Warsaw, the forum will comprise pitching sessions and presentations of projects at various stages of development across three categories: feature film, feature series and documentary. The event will welcome creators and producers from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Georgia, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Belarus, Moldova and Bulgaria.

Submissions are open until August 15. Ten projects per category will be selected to be presented during this year’s Heart of Europe event during the pitching sessions.

The Heart of Europe Forum is designed as a networking platform, hosting sales and acquisition professionals, representatives of film institutes and regional film funds, public broadcasters from the CEE region as well as Polish producers and TVP executives representing the production and programming departments.
