YouTube Reveals New Slate of U.K. Originals

YouTube Originals has unveiled its 2021 U.K. programming slate, which includes the documentary Raise Your Game with Gareth Southgate.

Zig Zag Productions is behind the feature documentary, which will provide insight into England manager, Gareth Southgate. Alongside Southgate, YouTube creators ChrisMD, SV2, Yung Filly and StuntPegg will explore his life lessons, his career journey and his ambitions.

The Outsiders? is a four-part documentary series, led by Director Simon Frederick, that paints a raw and unfiltered picture of life in today’s society as a person of color.

Seat at the Table joins YouTube creator and leading young voice in climate change awareness Jack Harries as he paints a truly global picture of the climate emergency. To kick off the series, Harries meets with Sir David Attenborough to discuss the key environmental issues facing our planet in 2021, his mission for the series and the urgency for action.

If I Could Tell You Just One Thing with Patricia Bright is a new four-part series out of the U.K. that features YouTube star and entrepreneur Patricia Bright in conversation with some of the world’s most inspirational women about the stories and experiences that have shaped their own lives. If I Could Tell You Just One Thing is based on the best-selling book of the same name and produced by HiddenLight Productions, the production company launched by Hillary Clinton, Sam Branson and Chelsea Clinton.

Work Out Badges with Joe Wicks is a blend of animation and live action featuring Joe Wicks of the popular The Body Coach TV along with Hey Duggee, who team up to encourage school kids to try out a series of new exercise routines. Aimed at preschoolers, the series teaches kids about the importance of physical exercise.
