Viacom Networks France and the France-based OTT service Molotov have inked a multiannual distribution deal.

Under the agreement, Viacom’s channels—including Nickelodeon, Nickelodeon Junior and Nickelodeon Teen—will incorporate the pay-TV packages of the platform. Molotov users will benefit from all the Viacom channels with their catch-up and complementary services, as well as Molotov-specific features such as start-over, cloud DVR and mobility all over the European Union.

Viacom channels BET, Game One and Paramount were already available on Molotov, which has expanded its selection through the new deal with the MTV channels, Comedy Central and the Japanese animation-focused J-One.

Grégory Samak, managing director of Molotov, said: “Such deal will strengthen our historic partnership and will enable the public in France to benefit from the rich variety of Viacom’s content, with all the innovation and fluidity Molotov consistently provides to the users.”
