HISTORY & Crime+Investigation Expand Serbian Footprint

A+E Networks UK has expanded the distribution of HISTORY and Crime+Investigation in Serbia, launching the channels on Telekom Srbija’s mts service, one of the country’s largest platforms.

mts subscribers can choose from a wide range of Serbian premieres of factual and docu-scripted entertainment across A+E Networks brands this fall. HISTORY has been added to the Start package, while Crime+Investigation is on Plus tier. Both channels join previously available HISTORY2.

Content highlights on HISTORY include Battle of the 80s Supercars with David Hasselhoff, Chuck Norris’ Epic Guide to Military Vehicles and the return of the competition series Forged in Fire. Upcoming premieres include The Tesla Files, profiling the life and work of Nikola Tesla, the engineer and futurist who changed the world as we know it.

Crime+Investigation content highlights include 60 Days In: Narcoland, in which six new participants immerse themselves in some of the most dangerous areas in America to tackle the drug crisis. Meanwhile, Homicide: Hours to Kill follows investigators as they reconstruct the timeline of a murder to reveal the motive and identify the perpetrator, and the six-episode series Surviving R. Kelly exposes the truth behind the life of the R&B singer and was seen by over 20 million Americans.
