Autentic to Present 24H Europe: We Are the Future in Cannes

At this year’s MIPCOM, Autentic Distribution is slated to showcase the television special 24H Europe: We Are the Future.

24H Europe: We Are the Future is “a 24-hour expedition into the European continent and the people who are its future.” The special aired on May 4, 2018. It follows 65 protagonists between the ages of 18 and 30, from 26 countries across Europe, as they share their everyday lives and dreams in real time.

Thomas Kufus, producer, remarked: “24h Europe: We Are the Future is, in every respect, a new challenge for us and all those involved—both in terms of organization and content. But in the year of Brexit and the European elections, it is also a statement and we want to take sides: for the young Europeans who inherit a future made today.”

Anne Hufnagel, sales exec at Autentic, added: “We are proud to represent such an important European project and will present the series prominently at MIPCOM. Our goal is to win numerous other European partners besides ARTE, RTBF, Czech TV and YLE that will broadcast the series before the European Parliament Elections.”
