Commercial Divisions Restructured at Endemol Shine


Endemol Shine Group is reorganizing its commercial divisions, with the gaming, brand licensing and digital specialties being united.

As part of the restructuring, Endemol Shine Group’s Yannick Ferrero, formerly senior director of digital monetization, and Jane Smith, previously director of brand licensing and strategy, have been promoted at the company.

Ferrero was elevated to group director of commercial operations. His role will expand to include the gaming and brand licensing divisions in addition to his existing digital duties. He will manage the group’s commercial revenues across all these areas, bringing gaming and gambling, brand licensing and digital specialties closer together.

Smith moves up to group director of brand licensing and gaming. In her new broader position, she will work under Ferrero and will be charged with overseeing both divisions. She is expected to bolster the group’s commercial performances of their brands across these areas.

Meanwhile, Owain Walbyoff, the managing director of Endemol Shine Gaming, is leaving after nine years with the company.
