John de Mol has brought together his range of media assets, spanning TV, radio, events, digital media and e-commerce, under one unified company, Talpa Network.

Talpa Network combines Talpa Events, Talpa TV, Talpa Radio, Talpa Social, Talpa Digital and the e-commerce division. It houses the broadcast assets SBS6, Net5, Veronica and SBS9, the online services Juke and Kijk, radio entities Sky Radio and Radio 10, and the newly acquired e-commerce business Emesa. These media brands reach a total of 12.8 million Dutch people each week. The brands are supported by Talpa Media Solutions, Talpa Platform and Talpa Creative.

The Talpa Radio assets alone—538, Radio 10, Sky Radio and Radio Veronica—reach more than 7 million people every week. The four commercial TV channels SBS6, Net5, Veronica and SBS9 have a combined reach of more than 90 percent of all Dutch people (13 and older). All these media brands have digital extensions with online (video) content and some brands also produce events. There are also the VOD platform KIJK and music service JUKE, and Talpa Network contains the multi-channel network Social1nfluencers, which boasts 160 content creators that together have millions of young followers on YouTube. The acquired Emesa has more than 100 million visits per year and 5 million subscribers in the Netherlands with the VakantieVeilingen, ActievandeDag and TicketScout sites.

De Mol, who is the mastermind behind such formats as The Voice, previously sold his Talpa Media production assets to ITV.
