Zig Zag Productions has elevated Matt Graff from his position as commercial director to the newly created role of managing director.

As managing director, Graff will take on responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the company and driving its growth. He will continue to report to CEO Danny Fenton.

Since his appointment as commercial director in 2014, Graff has been responsible for the company’s commercial opportunities and off-air rights exploitation. He has also been behind recent key deals for Zig Zag, including the development of a co-production agreement with Krempelwood Entertainment to produce the forthcoming Jamie Vardy documentary series for Sky Sports and the negotiation of the sale of British Treasure, American Gold for Quest/RMC Découverte, on which he was also executive producer.

“Matt first joined us in 2014 and his impact over that time has been phenomenal,” said Fenton. “The company has benefitted tremendously from his knowledge and input and he totally embodies the Zig Zag DNA. It seems a logical next step that he helps shape the future success of the company and I am delighted to have him as our managing director.”

“It’s a great honor to have been given the opportunity to help steer the Zig Zag ship into the future and realize the vision outlined by Danny and the board,” added Graff. “I’m looking forward to being part of Zig Zag’s future growth and success.”
