Pierre Branco Moves Up at Turner EMEA

Turner EMEA has elevated Pierre Branco, previously VP and general manager for France, Portugal, Africa and Israel, to senior VP for Northern Europe, effective immediately.

In his new position, Branco will lead Turner’s business across the U.K., Nordics and Baltics. He will supervise a senior management team and is charged with overseeing the growth and development of Turner’s operations in the region. This includes Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Cartoonito, TCM and TNT, as well as the distribution of CNNI. He will identify new areas for driving revenues and profits, managing P&L and ensuring consistency and strategy for the region while also delivering branded experiences that increase linear and nonlinear fan engagement.

Branco is set to relocate from London to Paris in the coming months. He will work directly under Giorgio Stock, the president of Turner EMEA, and joins his executive team. Branco was first hired by Turner in 2006.
