Orange & HBO Strengthen Ties

PARIS: Orange’s new OCS service will become the exclusive home for HBO programs in France, as part of a new multiyear agreement between the two outfits.

OCS will be the only TV and SVOD service in France to broadcast HBO series such as Big Little Lies, the final season of Girls, the upcoming last two seasons of Game of Thrones and the new season of Westworld. OCS gains access to the full HBO catalog of several thousand hours of series, films and other programs, and soon OCS subscribers will have unlimited access to the full catalog via a dedicated SVOD HBO area.

The OCS City Generation HBO channel will further reinforce its programming of the channel’s productions, in particular with the widespread use of simulcasts and with talk shows (the cult hit Real Time with Bill Maher joins John Oliver’s Last Week Tonight on OCS City starting March 21).
