BUDAPEST: AMC Networks International – Central Europe (AMCNI CE) is putting in place a new structure for its programming division, which will now be divided into two areas: Film&Entertainment and Kids&Infotainment.

As of February 1, AMCNI CE will divide its non-sports programming department into two distinctive divisions. Judit Minda is joining the AMCNI CE team as director of programming for the Kids&Infotainment division, while the Film&Entertainment unit will be led by Katalin Radóczy, who continues to work as chief programming officer.

Film&Entertainment comprises the film channels AMC, Filmcafe, Film Mania and Film+ (in the Czech Republic and Slovakia only). The Kids&Infotainment unit manages the brands Spektrum, Spektrum Home, TV Paprika, Minimax and Megamax.

Levente B. Málnay, CEO of AMC Networks International – Central Europe, said: “We are pursuing this reorganization with the objective to increase profitability on existing markets and to enter new territories. Our goal is to further expand both these programming divisions.”
